1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices intact.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Opened or used orthopedic supports, braces, or medical wearables
    • Commode Chairs, Hygiene Products, 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You may be required to share photos or videos for verification.
  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund, as applicable.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for:
    • Size issues
    • Wrong item received
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
